I was introduced to Crossfit when I was 10 years old in 2016. I learned to love fitness and pushing my body to the limit. Nutrition and supplements came slowly as I matured. The sport taught me to trust the process and persevere even when I couldn't see or feel the success I was reaching for. Dicipline and making healthy choices are now just part of who I am and the future I'm working towards.
